The questions in the Apply section don't submit to a server or get stored anywhere — they only exist in your browser to build a message you choose to send yourself, via Instagram or WhatsApp. We don't see or receive that information unless you send it to us directly.
This site uses Vercel Analytics to understand how it's used. It collects anonymous page views and the specific button-click events described elsewhere on this site (for example, which Apply button was used). It does not collect personally identifiable information — no names, email addresses or contact details are recorded by it. Full details are available in Vercel's own privacy policy.
If you share health-related information as part of coaching — injuries, medical conditions, or anything else relevant to how you train — it's used only to plan safe, appropriate training for you. It's never shared with anyone else, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Applying and messaging happens on Instagram and WhatsApp, which have their own privacy policies covering how they handle your information once you're on their platforms.
